Cooking Instructions:
Standard Oven on Bake @ 400°F
Convection Oven on Bake @ 375°F
Microwave Cooking @ 800W +
Meal is sealed with OVEN PROOF plastic film.
Oven Bake
- Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
- Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 1.5 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave by two handles and place on baking tray (be careful contents are hot).
- Cook for 10 – 12 minutes in your preheated oven or until fully cooked. Remove bowl from the oven, remove film and stir mixed seafood, pasta, vegetables, and sauce together. Let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
Microwave
- Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 3.5 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave by its two handles, place on flat surface, and remove film (be careful contents are hot).
- Stir mixed seafood, pasta, vegetables, and sauce together and cook for an additional 30 seconds or until fully cooked. Remove from microwave and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
If no microwave available, follow these instructions.
* If no microwave available, preheat oven, remove bowl from sleeve, and pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border. Place on baking tray and cook for 15 minutes. Remove tray from oven, remove film, stir mixed seafood, pasta, vegetables, and sauce together. Cover with foil and finish baking for 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven and let sit for 30 seconds before eating.
Individual ovens and microwaves vary in temperature; therefore, these instructions serve as guidelines only. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F for best product quality and food safety.
