Bourbon Glazed Plant-Based Meatballs
with Whipped Sweet Potato, Green Bean & Pearl Onion

A little something for all our non-meat eaters…scrumptious plant-based meatballs! Blended with soy protein, wheat, and barley, each plant-based meatball portion is lathered with a satiating bourbon glaze, and plated atop of bed of whipped sweet potato, green beans, and pearl onions. Light and delicious, enjoy our chef-inspired plant-based meal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Cooking Instructions:

Microwave Cooking @ 800W+

Microwave (Preferred method) 

  1. Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
  2. Place frozen meal in microwave and cook for 3 – 3.5 minutes on high.
  3. Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners, place on flat surface, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot).
  4. Stir meatballs, vegetables, and whipped sweet potato together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!

Standard Oven on Bake @ 400°F
Convection Cooking @ 375°F

Meal is sealed with OVEN PROOF plastic film. 

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
  2. Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
  3. Place frozen meal on oven safe baking tray and cook for 10 – 20 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove tray from the oven, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot), stir meatballs, vegetables, and whipped sweet potato together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!

Individual ovens and microwaves vary in temperature; therefore, these instructions serve as guidelines only. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F for best product quality and food safety.
