Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Cooking @ 800W+
Microwave (Preferred method)
- Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal in microwave and cook for 3 – 3.5 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners, place on flat surface, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot).
- Stir beef, vegetables, and grains together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
Standard Oven on Bake @ 400°F
Convection Cooking @ 375°F
Meal is sealed with OVEN PROOF plastic film.
Oven Bake
- Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
- Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal on oven safe baking tray and cook for 10 – 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove tray from the oven, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot), stir beef, vegetables, and grains together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
