Tuscan Style Cod

Tuscan Style Cod
with Ancient Grains, Chickpea & Zucchini

The name says it all! Italian inspired, our seafood meal is made with wild caught cod, responsibly harvested in the pristine waters of Iceland. Each portion of lean, mild flavored cod is deboned, deskinned, and cut to size, and quick frozen to keep quality and freshness, and then expertly paired with locally sourced grains and vegetables. The combination of tomato, basil, olive oil, and garlic flavors from the Tuscan style sauce blends delightfully, creating a delectable seafood meal that can be enjoyed at home or at the office.
