Ingredients:

Catfish Fillet (Catfish, Water, Sodium Tripolyphosphate), Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Black Bean Corn Salsa (Black Beans, Corn, Lime Juice, Diced Red Bell Peppers, Diced Green Bell Peppers, Diced Onions, Yeast Extract, Cumin), Jerk Spice Mix (Water, Jerk Spice [Onion, Allspice, Thyme, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Garlic, Crushed Chiles and other Spices with Silica to prevent caking], Canola Oil), Cilantro.

Contains: Fish (Catfish).

Produced in a facility that processes shellfish.

KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cooking Instructions:

Standard Oven on Bake @ 400°F
Convection Oven on Bake  @ 375°F
Microwave Cooking @ 800W +

Meal is sealed with OVEN PROOF plastic film. 

Oven Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
  2. Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border.
  3. Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 2 minutes on high.
  4. Carefully remove bowl from microwave by its two handles and place on baking tray (be careful contents are hot).
  5. Cook for 12 – 15 minutes in your preheated oven or until fully cooked. Remove bowl from the oven, remove film and stir vegetables, grains, and sauce together. Spoon butter or sauce over the fish and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Remove bowl from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border.
  2. Place frozen meal in microwave* and cook for 3.5 minutes on high.
  3. Carefully remove bowl from microwave by its two handles, place on flat surface, and remove film (be careful contents are hot).
  4. Turn fish over, stir vegetables, grains, and sauce together and cook for an additional 1.5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from microwave. Spoon butter or sauce over fish and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!

If no microwave available, follow these instructions.

*If no microwave available, preheat oven, remove bowl from sleeve, and pierce film 2 or 3 times closest to the border. Place on baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Remove tray from oven, remove film and stir vegetables, grains, and sauce together. Spoon sauce or butter over fish, cover with foil and finish baking for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 30 seconds before eating.

Individual ovens and microwaves vary in temperature; therefore, these instructions serve as guidelines only. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F for best product quality and food safety.
