Ingredients:
Chicken (Chicken Breast, Salt, Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavor), Gumbo Sauce (Water, Gumbo Powder [Wheat Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein [sunflower oil], Caramel Color, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Sassafras, Celery Salt, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin and Yeast Extract]), Cooked Brown Rice (Water, Brown Rice), Andouille Sausage Rings (Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Garlic, Organic Cane Sugar, Onion Powder, White Pepper, Cultured Celery Powder [Celery Powder, Sea Salt], Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper, Oregano, Thyme, Crushed Red Pepper, Cherry Powder), Kidney Beans, Celery, Onion, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Xanthan Gum.

Cooking Instructions:
Microwave Cooking @ 800W+
Microwave (Preferred method)
- Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal in microwave and cook for 3 – 3.5 minutes on high.
- Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners, place on flat surface, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot).
- Stir chicken, vegetables, and grains together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
Standard Oven on Bake @ 400°F
Convection Cooking @ 375°F
Meal is sealed with OVEN PROOF plastic film.
Oven Bake
- Preheat oven to 400°F using standard oven bake or 375°F using convection bake.
- Remove tray from sleeve and place on flat surface. Using a fork, pierce film once on each of the four sides closest to the border.
- Place frozen meal on oven safe baking tray and cook for 10 – 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove tray from the oven, remove plastic film (be careful contents are hot), stir chicken, vegetables, and grains together and let sit for 30 seconds before eating. Enjoy!
